Your Hypnotherapist

I’m so glad you found your way to me here. My name is Rebecca and I’m a Hypnotherapist. I am deeply committed to helping people change their lives — just like hypnotherapy changed mine.

For years, I searched for a way to truly quieten my mind and shift old patterns. Hypnotherapy helped me more than you can imagine, and transformed the way I think, feel and live free to control my thoughts and receive all the joys this world has to offer. Now, I offer that same gentle but powerful support to others, combining structured training with deep empathy and creativity.

Alongside my training with Paul McKenna PhD and Dr Richard Bandler, I have spent years independently studying the mind, language and the way we form beliefs. I bring all of that into my work — alongside my calm voice, steady presence, and absolute confidence that change is possible.

WHy Hypnotherapy?

Step into the field. The grass is soft. The noise quietens. You begin to hear yourself again.

Hypnotherapy is like walking into a wild, open plain — full of possibility, yet still and grounding. It’s not about losing control, it’s about taking it back — gently, naturally, with your own mind and my voice as our guide.

Here, there’s no judgement. Just space to breathe, listen and move forward. Together, we create a safe inner space where old thought patterns lose their grip and new ways of being can take root.

Change doesn’t have to be unsettling. It can be gentle, comforting and deeply lasting — like the way a meadow grows brighter each day, unnoticed until it’s in full bloom.
