facilitator & Hypnotherapist
My name is Rebecca and I am a certified Hypnotherapist, facilitator, business strategist, architect and designer with over 18 years' experience working in corporate environments.
Before establishing Highfield Plains, I spent my career designing services, facilitating workshops, delivering training and presenting to senior stakeholders and boards. While I appeared confident on the outside, I experienced first-hand the internal pressure that can accompany high-performance environments. Public speaking, in particular, often brought a level of anxiety that didn't reflect my capability or experience.
Through hypnotherapy, I discovered practical tools that helped me approach pressure and performance very differently, creating meaningful changes in both my personal and professional life.
That experience led me to undertake extensive training and professional certification in hypnotherapy, enabling me to support others in creating a lasting change of their own.
I have trained directly with internationally recognised practitioners including Paul McKenna PhD, Dr Richard Bandler, Ali Campbell and Sophie Fletcher. My hypnotherapy qualifications are accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), the International Association of Counsellors & Therapists (IACT) and the International Compliance Assurance for Holistic Practitioners (ICAHP).
Alongside my therapeutic training, I remain a qualified Service Design Practitioner with extensive experience in strategic design, facilitation and organisational change.
Today, I combine these disciplines to deliver calm, engaging and practical experiences that support wellbeing, confidence, resilience and performance. I bring a deep understanding of both people and organisations, alongside a steady presence and a genuine belief in people's capacity for change.
