Your Hypnotherapist
I’m so glad you found your way to me here. My name is Rebecca and I’m a Hypnotherapist. I am deeply committed to helping people change their lives — just like hypnotherapy changed mine.
For years, I searched for a way to truly quieten my mind and shift old patterns. Hypnotherapy helped me more than you can imagine, and transformed the way I think, feel and live free to control my thoughts and receive all the joys this world has to offer. Now, I offer that same gentle but powerful support to others, combining structured training with deep empathy and creativity.
Alongside my training with Paul McKenna PhD, Dr Richard Bandler, Ali Campbell and Sophie Fletcher, I have spent years independently studying the mind, language and the way we form beliefs. I bring all of that into my work — alongside my calm voice, steady presence, and absolute confidence that change is possible.
WHy Hypnotherapy?
Step into the field. The grass is soft. The noise quietens. You begin to hear yourself again.
Hypnotherapy is like walking into a wild, open plain — full of possibility, yet still and grounding. It’s not about losing control, it’s about taking it back — gently, naturally, with your own mind and my voice as our guide.
Here, there’s no judgement. Just space to breathe, listen and move forward. Together, we create a safe inner space where old thought patterns lose their grip and new ways of being can take root.
Change doesn’t have to be unsettling. It can be gentle, comforting and deeply lasting — like the way a meadow grows brighter each day, unnoticed until it’s in full bloom.

I do not use hypnosis scripts. By meeting you, I will design personalised sessions at your pace, tailored to your needs. I will safely and calmly guide you into trance; a serene sleep-like state in which you find it easy to retrain your brain towards your goals.

My initial consultations are always free. Whether together in person if you live closeby, on a video call or by phone, these are a great opportunity to get to know each other and to discuss your goals. Let's chat over a cuppa to design your hypnotherapy session!
Individual Session
£60 (increasing to £100 in July 2026)
My individual sessions are currently offered at a reduced rate while I continue to refine and deepen my practice through ongoing professional training.
Every session is thoughtfully tailored to you. Following your initial consultation, I design each session based on your specific needs, experiences and goals.
I do not use pre-written hypnosis scripts. My approach is responsive, considered and individual — because no two people are the same! This personalised approach is a core part of my work and my signature Lived Repatterning Method™, where change is created through your direct experience of a session only for you.
Themed 3-Session Series
£285
My popular 'Success Series' offers a calm, structured way to create meaningful and lasting change. Across the three sessions, we gently work through the patterns that may be holding you back, building confidence, clarity and a stronger sense of direction.
Using my Lived Repatterning Method™, each session builds on the last — allowing change to feel natural, grounded and sustainable. This series is particularly effective for those looking to move forward with greater ease, self-belief, confidence and focus.
